Founders' Story
Tonie Snell-Guajardo didn’t just dream up Huemagine; she carved it out of the frustration and fire that comes from years spent watching talent get overlooked and potential go untapped in the tech world. After several years in talent acquisition and inclusion across industries like Tech, Gaming, CPG, Construction and Cosmetics, she grew tired of seeing the same pattern: a sea of companies claiming to be inclusive. Tonie knew it was time for something different—something that didn’t just talk about change but made it happen. That’s why she built Huemagine: a place where innovation meets true inclusion and where opportunities are crafted, not just found.
